7：50 东直门916始发站（地铁站口东300米处）集合
8：00 东直门乘车916
9：30 到达仿膳饭店，转面的
10：30 卧佛山庄，长城脚下，开始步行上山。
12：30 到达正北楼，一路风景壮秀。
13：30 吃饭※休息后重新上路。
15：30 到达慕田峪。
17：00 面的回到怀柔，坐916。
19：00 各回各家。
每个人的花费：
916车费：8元×2（来回）
怀柔－卧佛山庄：20～25元/n
慕田峪－怀柔：25～30元/n
自带午饭钱，要腐败红鳟鱼的话另计。
注意事项：
1、带够水。
2、防晒。
3、穿运动耐磨的外衣、裤子、袜子和鞋子，必要时手脚需要并用。
4、安全第一，留意脚下。
5、不扔垃圾。
